We are Fleet, an enterprise based in Oxford who have exclusive rights to sell beautifully unique Bangladeshi jewellery that we import from a women's co-operative in Bangladesh. Our team is comprised of 13 members who all attend a local Oxfordshire school and we are all proud and excited to be a part of this incredibly rewarding business venture.
Fleet presents a stunning range of traditional ethnic jewellery that celebrates our passion for different cultures. Our exclusive collection is handmade from materials such as sari, silver, brass and recycled beads. Our jewellery is designed to truly reflect the rich heritage and vibrancy of Bandgladesh.
As all members of Fleet are Sixth-Form students at Oxford High School Girls Day School Trust, education and opportunities for women is a matter very to close to our hearts. It was important that jewellery matched our principles which is why we are proud to say that our ethically-made jewellery is brought to you from an all-women's co-operative located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This co-operative prides themselves in employing underprivileged women who are survivors of abuse and human trafficking. they are offered training and a salary that allows for them to support their families, whilst also providing an education for the children to ensure that the cycle of poverty and victimisation is broken.
